How to Apply

Wish recipients must be patients at one of the 7 hospitals OneGift Inc. is affiliated with: Clara Maass Medical Center, Morristown Memorial Hospital, Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, Overlook Hospital, Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center, and Somerset Medical Center, and Trinitas Regional Medical Center.

All applications must be processed through a social worker, physician, or nurse at the participating hospital where applicant is being treated.

Due to new privacy laws (HIPAA), the application must be filled out and signed by the patient. A family member or friend may not submit an application for a patient.
